Pierced!
I got my nose pierced today.
I have to soak my nose in a solution of water and sea salt for five minutes twice daily to ward off infection. I just finished my first round of saltwater disinfection, and I'm pretty sure I inhaled about half a cup of the stuff.
And just like that, my sodium intake has increased 800%.
