riled up on the internet
I know this may sound like I'm overstating the obvious, but young folks get really riled up on the computer! It appears that many are fiercely angry with the omniscient narrator of the internet. Like, I was answering a few "interview" questions on facebook (v. important) and the sidebar offered some answers that came before me. Here are two examples by the same guy, below:
"Ice Cream or Sherbert(sic)?"
"Fuck neither man I dnt like dis bad food u cunt"
"What was you SAT score?"
"Duno I aint american u bastard"
It's like the internet is an episode of Deadwood for COMPLETE RETARDS.
Also worth noting: today is my birthday, so you can come to K Jo's tonight and say hi/bring me gifts if you're in the neighborhood. Twenty is kind of a bullshit birthday, though-- I still can't drink, and I can pretty much kiss any shot I once had at a career as a Barely Legal teen porn sensation goodbye. Ha.
